The 2009 Fredericton Visual Arts Festival takes pleasure in inviting you to Visual Arts Practice and Patronage in Atlantic Canada Symposium.

The symposium, organized as part of Fredericton's inaugural Visual Arts Festival, is intended to raise issues related to arts practice and patronage in Atlantic Canada. Distinguished panelists include:

• Anne Bertrand, Chair, NB Foundation for the Arts
• David McKay, artist
• Peter Powning, artist
• Ron Suebrook, artist and former arts administrator

Moderated by Michael Maynard, Principal of the NB College of Craft & Design

This discussion will be of interest to artists, educators, art collectors and the general public.
